These terms govern your use of TidyRegister. By creating an account you agree to them.
TidyRegister is a record-keeping tool that lets your business create and maintain compliance registers built to specific legislation, or registers you customise yourself. It is a record-keeping and reminder tool — it does not constitute legal or financial advice, and using it does not by itself guarantee compliance with any law or regulation. You remain responsible for confirming the requirements that apply to your business with the relevant regulator or your own adviser.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for who you invite as an auditor or team member. We're not responsible for decisions made based on incomplete or inaccurate register data you've entered.
Registers are billed per register, per week, at the rate shown at signup. You can add or remove registers at any time; charges are prorated accordingly. Failure to pay may result in read-only or suspended access to the affected registers until the account is brought current.
You own the data you enter into your registers. We don't claim ownership over it and don't use it for any purpose beyond providing the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your register data at any time.
Auditor links you generate grant read-only, time-limited access to a single register's history for the person you send them to. You're responsible for who you share an auditor link with and for revoking it when it's no longer needed.
We aim to keep the service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update these terms, our registers, or the service itself from time to time; material changes will be communicated to active accounts.
To the extent permitted by law, TidyRegister is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
